A qualified Funeral Director, Sally achieved her distinction in her level 3 funeral directors' qualification last year, further strengthening her professional expertise.
  
  In her role, Sally oversees the day-to-day running of the company, ensuring everything operates smoothly and with the highest standards of care. Sally's commitment, dedication, compassion, and understanding are truly invaluable. She is a warm and wonderful person, and a key member of our family team.

• Ellie Coulling

  Funeral Arranger

  

  Ellie Coulling is a full-time Qualified Funeral Arranger at our Chilwell office. Having achieved her Level 2 qualifications, Ellie has been a valued member of our team since 2023. She is known for her caring and compassionate nature, offering supportive and reliable guidance to families during difficult times, while also playing a key role in the smooth running of the office.

  Debbie Wombwell is a dedicated Funeral Administrator who works part-time across our Beeston and Chilwell offices. She plays an important supporting role in the day-to-day operations, assisting Ellie and Sally with a range of administrative duties. Debbie's reliability and attention to detail help ensure everything runs smoothly, providing valuable support to both the team and the families we serve.

  Adrian Jackson, known to colleagues and families as AJ, joined our team in 2021, bringing with him several years of valuable experience. In his role as a Funeral Service Assistant and Hearse Driver, AJ provides steady, professional support during some of life's most difficult moments.
  
  AJ is a valued member of our team, known for his caring and compassionate nature. He approaches every service with respect and dignity, while his great sense of humour helps bring warmth and comfort to both colleagues and the families we serve.

  Jack Wesson-Haywood serves as a Funeral Service Assistant and Driver within our team. As the son of Julie and Richard, Jack has grown up within the business, gaining valuable experience from an early age before joining the company in 2020.
  
  Jack is a caring, compassionate, and hardworking young man, and has become a key member of our close-knit family team. His dedication and understanding approach ensure he supports both colleagues and families with professionalism and kindness.

With seven years of experience in the industry, having started at the age of 17, Ellis brings valuable knowledge and dedication to the role. His duties include working as a driver and bearer, supporting funeral services with professionalism and care. Ellis is known for his kind, compassionate, and reliable nature, providing respectful support to both colleagues and the families we serve.
